“Reversing deforestation is complicated; planting a tree is simple.”
R.V.S. Academy organised a tree Plantation drive on July 6, 2023 to make the students aware of the importance of preserving trees. The dignitaries present on the occasion were – Chairman of the school, Mr. Binda Singh, Principal – Mrs. Veesha Mohindra – Vice Principal – Mrs Anita Tiwary – The trustee & chief office executive – Miss Sonali Deb, the teachers of Eco Club and the students .The children planted saplings under the supervision of all the dignitaries in the school premises. The Chairman thanked the Eco Club teachers for arranging the programme and said that tree plantation is very important for the community. The initiative would go a long way in inculcating awareness among the students about the environment. The Principal asked the students to take a pledge to make the environment beautiful and green.
