R.V.S Academy organised World Computer Literacy Day on 2nd December, 2024. The aim was to encourage the development of technological skills, particularly among the children. Special assembly was organised to observe this day. The event was graced by the presence of the Chairman of the school Mr. Binda Singh, Principal, Mrs. Veesha Mohindra, Vice Principal Mrs. Anita Tiwari ,teachers and students.
The assembly commenced with the morning prayer, instilling a sense of unity and spirituality. The students presented various programmes which began with a ‘Thought of the day’ followed by a motivational speech. To emphasize the importance of computer and technology a poem and some amazing facts were delivered by the students on the related topic. The hardwork and the enthusiasm of the students reflected in the programme put up by them and left an ever lasting impression on every one.
The Chairman, Mr. Binda Singh in his message conveyed that computer literacy has become essential for personal and professional success. He even said that a society that is computer literate is on the path towards progress and development. The school Principal, Mrs. Veesha Mohindra also addressed the assembly spreading the awareness about the importance of computers in the digital world. She also said that such awareness programs are very important for the betterment of the students and society welfare, it empowers the individuals and communities alike.
