R.V.S. Academy, Dimna road, celebrated the Hindi Diwas on 14.09.21, in the school premises. It is an effort to promote and propagate the official language of India. Hindi is the fourth most spoken language in the world. As a mark of its acknowledgment by the Constituent assembly as the official language and to show its significance, this day is celebrated with great joy in every part of India. It is also celebrated as a commemoration of the birth anniversary of Rajendra Singh, who worked tirelessly towards making Hindi, the official language of India.
The school celebrated the occasion with speeches by the senior students of std IX to XII, a short skit titled – Hindi Vyakaran ki kahani, uski ekaayiyon ki zubaani, and poem titled – Maa hindi kehlati hai.
For students of std V to VIII, the program was virtual. Slogan writing, hindi songs, poetry recitation and speeches were delivered by the young learners.
R.V.S Academy makes every endeavour to inculcate the Indianness in its students, they are taught the values of secularism and equality, values which our forefathers held in high esteem.
The program was conducted in the august presence of our Vice Principal Mrs. Veesha Mohindra, Hindi teachers Mrs. Nirmala Sharma, Mrs. Sangeeta Singh and Mrs, Rekha Sinha who played an active role in making the program a success. Mrs. Veesha Mohindra conveyed her best wishes for the occasion and said that it was imperative for students to learn the language and its nuances for it is a rich language, spoken by millions around the world. The attempt to make this day remarkable was praiseworthy.
