On 1st February 2020, R.V.S. Academy, Jamshedpur bid adieu to their senior most class. The Std XI students bid a very warm and fond farewell to the outgoing class XII, batch of 2019-2020. The morning was a fiesta devoted to the years spent together with friends and teachers to reminisce joyous moments.
The programme got a boost by the benign presence of our Honourable Chairman of the school, Mr. Binda Singh, The Secretary of the school, Mr. Bharat Singh, Member of the Executive Committee Mr. Shakti Singh, Principal, Vice Principal, teachers and students.
The programme commenced with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp accompanied with the invocation to Lord Ganesha. Students of Std 11 welcomed the august gathering. The various cultural activities, melodious songs and pulsating music, humorous skits, scintillating dance performances and ramp walk enthralled the audience.
All the outgoing students were blessed with mementos by the members of the Management Committee. In the question-answer round , students were asked different questions ranging from their respective careers , future of their country, social issues and soon. The judge ment panel allotted marks to them based on their intellectual skills, presentation, depth of knowledge and overall performance. After a decisive evaluation the panel unanimously declared Sourav Kumar Mishra and Mahenoor Fatma as Mr. R.V.S.A and Ms. R.V.S.A respectively. Prior to this all the students were given different sobriquets.
The Principal expressed her blessings to the class of 2020 for all their future endeavours. She asked the students to follow the path of honesty keeping the 3 H’s— head , heart and hand well aligned in all aspects of life. She wished them luck to make a mark in the outside world.
Muskan Mehta of Std XII in her valedictory speech mused fondly about their learning in school and looked forward with keenness to their future calling this juncture not an end but a bend in their journey of life. She thanked her mentors for helping them find their purpose in life with a promise to come back to their Alma-Mater.
Shweta Kumari, on behalf of her colleagues expressed her gratitude towards the Management and Teachers. She thanked her juniors for organising the wonderful programme.
After the cultural programme the students moved on for dance and lunch.
