Mother’s Day was celebrated with great gaiety at RVS Academy, Dimna, Road Mango. On this occasion, the Chairman of the school Mr. Binda Singh, Principal Mrs. Veesha Mohindra, Vice-Principal, Mrs. Anita Tiwari, teachers and other staff were present.
A special Assembly was organized on this occasion. In this program, students of classes Pre-primary and Primary participated in activities like painting, card making, poster making etc. The students of classes V to XII gave excellent presentation of speech, song, drama, etc. On this occasion the children decorated their classrooms beautifully.
The Chairman of the school, Mr. Binda Singh ji, inspired the students by describing mother’s love, respect for mother and importance of mothers in the Indian culture as the form of knowledge, wealth, strength and prosperity. Principal Mrs. Veesha Mohindra inspired the children to acknowledge the mother’s sacrifice and her gesture to shower unconditional love towards everyone.
Vice Principal Mrs. Anita Tiwari thanked everyone and gave her best wishes to everyone present.
