Students of R.V.S. Academy paid their heartfelt gratitude to the fearless queen of Jhansi, Rani Lakshmi Bai, virtually. The impeccable valor and bravery with which she fought in the First War of Independence in the year1857, against the Britishers made her an icon of the freedom struggle of our country.
Dressed as Rani Laxmi Bai, Swati Sharma of Std IV A, Kriti Kumari if V C and Hridya Pihu of V A, highlighted
some of the major events from life of the Great Warrior Queen of Jhansi.
Md Ayan Khan concluded paying homage to the brave warrior and one of the most courageous rebel queen of Jhansi.
The Chairman of the school, Mr Binda Singh, in his message to the children said that Rani Laxmi Bai was one of the bravest rebels who fought against the Britishers. She will always be remembered for her love for the country, her chivalry and unflinching courage. Students should take inspiration from her life, her determination, sense of justice and patriotic fervor.
