Jamshedpur, 19th November 2024: A special assembly was organized at R.V.S. Academy to commemorate the extraordinary bravery and patriotism of Rani Laxmibai, one of India’s most iconic freedom fighters. The event was graced by the Chairman of the School Management Committee, Mr. Binda Singh, and the Principal, Mrs. Veesha Mohindra, along with the enthusiastic participation of students and staff members.
The assembly commenced with the morning prayer, instilling a sense of unity and spirituality. This was followed by an insightful “Thought of the Day,” setting the tone for the celebration. A motivating speech on the life and sacrifices of Rani Laxmibai captivated the audience, shedding light on her pivotal role in India’s struggle for independence.
The highlight of the event was a well-curated series of performances that included an inspiring patriotic song and a drama depicting significant moments from Rani Laxmibai’s life. The students showcased immense talent, portraying Rani Laxmibai and other historical figures with passion and authenticity, leaving the audience deeply moved and proud.
Addressing the gathering, Mr. Binda Singh, Chairman of the School Management Committee, lauded the students for their dedication and creativity.
