R.V.S ACADEMY hosted the YOUTH FESTIVAL with great zeal and enthusiasm on 25th August’2018. School Festivals and programs give children the opportunity to thrive in an environment that encourages exploration and creative expression. They provide inspiring and enriching activities that the children can’t get elsewhere with the same hope and dreams.
The program started with the good wishes of the school Chairman Mr. Binda Singh, Secretary Mr.Bharat Singh, members of executive committee Mr. Shakti Singh, Principal Mrs V. Chhaya Das and teachers.
An Inter school ‘Elocution’ Competition was held in the school auditorium. The category comprised the classes Std IX to Std.XII. The 2nd event held in the school was ‘Just a Minute competition’. The students got a chance to express their aural skill both in Elocution and in Just a Minute . A fluent and persuasive versions were given out by them on both the topics. Miss Mona K. Bahadur and Mrs. Meeta Lal, educationists and eminent orators of repute, were the honourable judges. The Principal stressed on the importance of Public speaking and its influence on the people and appreciated the students who participated actively.
