The summer sun did not deter the 160 young participants of the camp at R.V.S.Academy. Children played Kho-Kho, Kabaddi, Football, Cricket, and Basketball under the able guidance of the sports teachers Mrs. Pushpa Kabi and Mr. Rajesh Singh. Yoga classes saw the children practicing various asana on colorful mats against the background of the picturesque Dalma Hills.
Creativity was at its zenith and children created beautiful things under the active guidance of Mr. Dipankar Ganguly, the Arts teacher. The strums of the guitar and the beats of the drum reverberated in the school, along with the melodious voice of the music teacher Mr. Wilson Topno.
R.V.S.A Football club in collaboration with Jamshedpur – FC had a friendly football match to display their intricacies and prowess on the field. The students who participated in the match were from the Under – 8 and Under-11 category.
The Summer Camp began on the 6th of May and ended on the 11th of May with lot of fun and the distribution of certificates for all participants.
The Principal appreciated the teachers involved, the students for their enthusiasm and active participation.
