A good teacher can inspire hope, ignite imagination and instill love for learning. Teacher’s day was celebrated at RVS Academy with great zeal and enthusiasm by the students who were deeply thankful to all the teachers for their hard work and dedication for shaping their lives.
The event was graced by the Chairman of the school Mr Binda Singh sir, Principal Mrs Veesha Mohindra, Vice Principal Mrs Anita Tiwari, teachers and students.
A cultural extravaganza was organised by the students to appreciate the unwavering commitment of the teachers for their noble mission and vision. The celebration began with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp and Guru Vandana followed by various events like a melodious group song , scintillating group dance performance and a skit portrayinga teacher’s struggle and still the satisfaction he/ she gets when students are successful.
The chairman of the school, Mr. Binda Singh felicitated teachers those who have worked with RVS Academy since last 20 years. He congratulated the teachers for inspiring and nourishing the students to march in the right direction. The program ended by the felicitation of the teachers which was followed by a lunch organised by the school management as a small token of appreciation for the rightly called ‘beacons of light’.
