RVS Academy, Mango, proudly celebrated Teachers Day with an inspiring and memorable event dedicated to honoring the dedication and hard work of educators. A cultural extravaganza was organised by the students to appreciate the unwavering commitment of the teachers for their noble mission and vision.
The event was graced by the presence of the Chairman of the school Mr Binda Singh, Secretary Mr Bharat Singh, Treasurer Mr Shatrughna Singh, Members of Executive Committee Mr Shakti Singh, Saurabh Singh, Ayushman Singh, Principal Mrs Veesha Mohindra, Vice Principal Mrs Anita Tiwari, teachers and students. The festivities commenced with the traditional lighting of the lamp, symbolizing the enlightenment and wisdom that teachers bring into the lives of students. Following the ceremonial lighting, the audience was treated to a heartfelt speech by a student of class VIII, who spoke eloquently about the pivotal role teachers play in shaping the future of their students, emphasizing the profound impact of educators on personal and academic growth and highlighting their tireless efforts in fostering a nurturing learning environment. The celebration continued with a vibrant group dance performance by students, showcasing a blend of traditional and contemporary styles. In a unique fusion of dance and music, students presented an innovative performance that combined various cultural elements, creating a captivating and harmonious tribute to the teaching community. The highlight of the day was the skit which mesmerized the audience with the lively performance.
The Chairman of the school Mr Binda Singh, addressed the gathering with words of encouragement and praise for the teachers’ relentless commitment to education. He also added that RVS Academy is committed to providing a holistic and nurturing educational environment, where students are encouraged to excel academically and personally. The Principal, Mrs Veesha Mohindra, in her address said that with a dedicated team of educators and a supportive community, RVS Academy continues to inspire and prepare students for a successful future. A token of appreciation was presented to all the teachers which was followed by a sumptuous lunch organised by the school management.
