Plantation of trees and plants aids in making the environment better. It purifies the air, conserves water, helps in climate control, preserves soil and benefits the overall environment in several other ways.
A Tree Plantation Programme was organized by R.V.S Academy to spread awareness about the importance of trees. On this occasion the Chief Guest, Mr. Binda Singh (Chairman of R.V.S.A), Mrs. Mitali Roy Choudhary (Principal), Tr. Puja Suman and students of school planted saplings. The Chief Guest addressed the function and explained the importance of forests, biodiversity and conservstion of eco- system. The teachers of Eco Club along with fifty students actively participated by planting tree saplings including fruit bearing and vegetable bearing varieties to develop a healthy eco- friendly environment in the school campus।
