R.V.S Academy observed World Population Day on 11th July 2022. A special assembly was held by the students to spread awareness about the huge population explosion and consequences like poverty and unemployment.
The program began with a ‘Sanskrit shlok’, followed by a speech, a skit and a song. The students showcased the consequences of population explosion which included food and water shortage, war and social conflict and depletion of natural resources. Mr. Binda Singh (Chairman of R.V.S.A) stressed on sustainable development through the judicious use of natural resources. Mrs. Veesha Mohindra (Principal of R.V.S.A) expressed her deep concern for the health and safety of human race.
